Due to the perishable nature of our premium matcha, we are unable to accept returns on opened food products to ensure the highest safety and quality standards. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day window from the date of delivery.

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged.
- 3.Ship the Product
Once approved, securely pack the unopened matcha and send it to our warehouse using the provided return shipping label.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
