Where is Rocky's Matcha sourced from?
Our matcha is exclusively sourced from boutique tea farms in Uji and Yame, Japan, ensuring the highest quality ceremonial grade leaves.
How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain color and flavor, store your matcha in a cool, dark place. We recommend keeping the tin tightly sealed in the refrigerator after opening.
What is the difference between your various grades?
Our Ceremonial grades are meant for traditional whisking with water, while our Culinary blend is specifically balanced to stand out when mixed with milk or used in baking.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer returns on opened products?
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened tins. However, if your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Is your matcha tested for heavy metals and radiation?
Yes, every batch undergoes rigorous third-party testing in Japan and upon arrival in the US to ensure it meets all safety standards for purity.
